How to get large-scale pictures/art for less!

entry way, large scale photo print, console table, baskets, front door

Let’s talk about how I ended up with this beautiful picture in my foyer and it didn’t cost me thousands of dollars….

I SUCK at picking out art. It is just not one of my strong suits. I typically like family photos (I know that’s a personal preference) but I have never come across a print or art that I like enough to put in my house, and I’m way too cheap to spend thousands on a custom art piece. I KNEW there had to be an in-between and here is the secret. See these pictures below? I asked Kamdon Kreations to create a digital painting of one of these photos!!

Read on for how I got my custom print for less…

The picture’s from our Cliffs of Moher, Ireland trip from last March! You might think it’s weird that we did a photoshoot in Ireland wearing a white gown and a suit in the middle of the rain but we never had a big wedding, we didn’t get those wedding pictures that everyone else gets. Before we left for the trip I had this idea for us to do “elopement” wedding pictures and I’m so glad we did it. Our photographer captured a once-in-a-lifetime moment, and I will treasure it forever. The iconic cliffs make a breathtaking backdrop for photos and art. It was such a memorable trip for us. I knew I wanted to have this memory as a focal piece in our home but I didn’t want a huge photo hanging on the wall.

Kamdon Creations took a few of our favorite photos and turned them into painting-like art pieces to print.

ITS SO GOOD I LOVE IT SO MUCH!
